Proximity Marketing's applications make it possible to bring the web marketing activity in the place where the direct contact with the customer will be activated.
Proximity Marketing satisfies the need to get ever closer and in touch with the customer, procuring him further information, making him experience a stimulating and more intense purchasing emotion; closer and possibly compatible and integrated with the information, the economic and cultural aspects of his everyday life.
In order to do this, Proximity Marketing uses the technology of Digital and Mobile Signage systems.
Digital and Mobile Signage systems are informative media based on hardware and software technologies such as LCD, LED or PLASMA panels, bluetooth transmitters, SMS, which combine the most modern visual technologies with interactive informative services. The aim is to answer to the ever greater need to procure dynamic and advertising news and information with higher effectiveness, simplicity and clearness.
Digital and Mobile Signage systems are modular and complementary between them. They can interact visually through visual system, aurally through the directional sound or interactively with the mobile phones and the more up-to-date smartphone (Apple Iphone, HTC, Nokia, Blackberry...).
Proximity marketing has substantially 2 fields of application:
- Competitions and in-store animation: enable the activation and the management of promotional competitions aimed at the creation of in-store traffic or of interest around an event (Instant Win).
- Services and contents: allow the user to interact in an innovative way through the interactive digital kiosk with multimedia contents and web applications.
