For Adecco, Vidiemme has created a Chatbot Recruiter that allows candidates to submit their profile through text interface in a conversational manner for a specific position. The solution thus makes it possible to quickly identify the best profiles for the position sought, relieving the HR of the task of having to read numerous CVs.
Thanks to an easy-to-update back-end, Human Resources can also independently update the data of the profile sought.
A solution that respects all the guidelines of the company that implements it in the interface.

On Boarding Chatbot

Inform new hires about company policies and help them find their way around the new company. The Chatbot in fact accompanies the new recruit through a quick and immediate interaction, which reflects the corporate Brand Identity, offering reliable, timely and precise answers. An important tool both for Employer Branding and to relieve Human Resources of repetitive tasks that have little added value.

For an important Retail Company, Vidiemme has developed an application with integrated Chatbot to help new hires to take their first steps in the new working reality. A solution that makes it possible to immediately dialogue with the employee to convey a feeling of support and at the same time relieve Human Resources of a repetitive task.

HR Support

The adoption in the Company of mobile applications and Conversational Interfaces, both text and voice, to support employees, relieves Human Resources from repetitive tasks.
In fact, employees now have a new channel to independently manage the request for company tools – such as the use of a car – also gaining quick access to corporate policies.

For an important Retail Brand, Vidiemme has created a mobile app to access company tools and facilities. The solution, integrated into the employees’ phone, allows to speed up and automate some internal processes such as reporting a problem or requesting a company car. It also enables accurate and reliable answers to be obtained regarding the company policy related to the holiday request process, for example.

The user has the right to be informed about: a) the origin of the collected personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) subjects or categories of people to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed State representative.

The individual has right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data in violation of the law c) confirmation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been notified, also in regards of their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is clearly impossible or disproportionate to the protection right.

The user has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) to the processing of his/her personal data, even if for collection purposes, for legitimate reasons; b) to the processing of personal data for advertising, direct sales, market research or commercial communication purposes.”
