For a key large-scale distributor, Vidiemme has created a support solution for Customer Care operators. The Virtual Assistant, in fact, is able to manage the requests of users, either by chat or by phone, scaling up the human operator only if he is not able to offer adequate assistance. A solution that relieves operators of repetitive and monotonous tasks, cuts waiting times and allows consumers to have continuous and reliable support.

Hybrid Assistance

The Virtual Assistant starts the conversation with the Customer, identifies the request and scales the request to the most suitable operator. The solution, by integrating with a support channel already in place, thus proves to be a support for both the Customer and the operator, increasing the quality of the service offered.

For Haier, Vidiemme has created a Chatbot able to automate Customer Care processes and thus offer better and faster assistance to users. The Conversational Interface, integrated within the Haier Internet site, offers assistance on specific issues, such as technical information on a product, and if it is not able to support the Customer in resolving his request, automatically scales on a human operator.

Empowerment dell’Operatore

Facilitate the work of the operator thanks to the AI able to sort the requests for assistance, suggest the answers and offer indications on the user’s history and on similar requests already received. A solution that reduces the error rate in report management, costs and time, guaranteeing a quality Customer Experience.

Vidiemme has created this solution for Centax Telecom, thanks to which the operators of the company are able to offer fast, quality and precise assistance to customers. The operator, in fact, in addition to displaying the dialog box with the user, is supported by a Virtual Assistant able to provide information about the Customer, on similar requests already received and successfully resolved and suggesting the answers. This last function is fundamental to guarantee high-quality Customer Care.

Voice Assistant

A voice assistant that can handle simple requests from the user, such as information on opening times or booking an appointment. Voice interaction makes the dialogue more natural and allows users to quickly access the information they need.

Vidiemme, in collaboration with Esosphera  created Action Google and Amazon Skill for CAAF CGIL Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta, the first solution of its kind in the world of Tax Assistance. Thanks to Virtual Assistants, users can receive information on locations and opening times, contacts, services offered and their price. A new, more natural interaction mode, which allows you to access reliable information quickly.

The individual has right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data in violation of the law c) confirmation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been notified, also in regards of their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is clearly impossible or disproportionate to the protection right.

The user has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) to the processing of his/her personal data, even if for collection purposes, for legitimate reasons; b) to the processing of personal data for advertising, direct sales, market research or commercial communication purposes.”
