Virtual Assistants

Assistants equipped with Artificial Intelligence, designed for patients and caregivers, with the aim of ensuring greater therapeutic adherence, providing timely information and collecting useful and sharable data. The interaction mode can be textual or vocal. A solution that can be implemented within a mobile application, web portal or Google and Amazon voice assistants.

Vidiemme developed Takeda LeggoXTe solution for the Japanese pharmaceutical company. Through vocal interaction, using a Google Home Action and an Amazon Echo Skill, people with visual impairments can independently access the information in Takeda’s drug information leaflets. A project that focuses on the citizen and the right to access information, giving greater independence.

Tools & Enterprise Apps

Simplify business processes, which often involve multiple functions, and increase their efficiency. These solutions allow greater traceability of flows and KPIs, mobile usage, reception of reminders and alerts. In addition to the graphic and development elements, Vidiemme analyzes and defines the methods of integration with existing systems.

For several pharmaceutical companies Vidiemme has digitized and reengineered various processes related, for example, to the management of clinical studies, informed consent collection, the management of AIFA registries and more.  

Pharmacy Retailization

The retailization phenomenon brings the need to guarantee that correct guidelines set by the parent company are adopted in-store. Through a mobile app used by the sales force and agents for monitoring products displayed in pharmacies, and a web interface for headquarters, the solution increases collaboration between headquarters and field force.

For the pharmaceutical company Zambon, Vidiemme created a visual merchandising tool that allows monitoring of its products in the pharmaceutical channel. The solution, which is called StoreApp and consists of a mobile app and a web control panel, allows a series of sales point variables to be monitored. Thanks to the app, the sales force can quickly enter the information collected and the data is sent real-time to the web platform, where Trade Marketing can analyze it. A solution that allows a more targeted and strategic management of the sales point.

Web Solutions

This category includes solutions in support of a pharmaceutical company’s various Marketing and Communication initiatives on specific occasions, such as the development of a website. Vidiemme, in addition to developing the solution, also designs UX and UI to offer contents that are attractive to the user.

Vidiemme has supported Roche on several occasions, developing web solutions for important events such as A fianco del coraggio, an annual literary festival, and Roche per la Ricerca, a call for funding for independent research.

eDetailing

This tool supports Pharmaceutical Sales Consultants in presenting and explaining all the information related to a product and/or a pathology during a stakeholder visit. An easily updateable solution, which can be integrated into the CLM platform of reference and has customized graphics according to the pharmaceutical company’s guidelines, providing support to product specialists working in the field.

For numerous pharmaceutical companies, Vidiemme has created eDetailing solutions on different platforms such as Agnitio, Veeva, Mobile Intelligence and Pitcher, taking care of the various phases from content to delivery. Easily updateable tools that reinforce the company’s specialists in presenting and explaining in-depth all the information about a product and/or a disease to a clinician.

Patient Support Apps

An application dedicated to the patient with a web portal for doctors and dedicated access for caregivers. This solution enables simpler and more effective management of the person, creating a continuous relationship with the clinician and allowing the collection of useful data on disease progression, which can then be used for scientific purposes to improve therapeutic adherence.

AIGkit is a project developed by Vidiemme to support patients with Pompe disease in managing their illness and monitoring their health status. In fact, the user can record state of health, mood, daily activities, and create exercises to optimally manage the disease. The data collected are also useful for scientific purposes to learn more about this pathology.

Coaching & Training

Simulation of a visit between the clinician and the Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, with the supervision of a Coach or through independent verification of personal preparation. This is possible thanks to this solution dedicated to the sales force with the aim of increasing both sales effectiveness and awareness of objectives and priorities, while improving the quality of sales communication, internal dialogue and stakeholder management.

Vidiemme created Replay for the pharmaceutical company Takeda. This solution allows, thanks to self-assessment tests, to continuously improve and have a very precise picture of the skills in which the single field force agent needs further growth. A mobile app for smartphones that also enables preparation and self-assessment before a visit with a clinician.

Library

This solution allows headquarters to optimize the consultation and distribution of documents for internal use and/or dedicated to medical and scientific information, and to manage secure transmission of reprints to clinicians. The library also allows documents to be browsed on tablets and consulted offline, also safely sending reprints to clinicians.

For various pharmaceutical companies, such as Sanofi, Chiesi, Astrazeneca and Roche, Vidiemme has created personalized and customized libraries according to their needs and in compliance with their guidelines. Solutions that allow quick sharing of materials via email and social media, with profiled access for each line of business, and interactive content.

Digital Therapeutics

With Digital Therapeutics we mean a software solution, usually installed on a mobile device, that a patient uses in parallel with the traditional therapy that he must follow. A solution that therefore has a strong therapeutic value, recognized by the scientific community, and that leads to an improvement in the management of the treatment of the disease.
